Q: When will official ticket sales begin?

A: Public ticket sales are scheduled to start on Friday, 19 June at 10:00 CET.

Q: Will there be a presale?

A: No. There will be no presale. All tickets will go on sale on 19 June 2026 when ticket sales officially open to the public.

Q: Where can I purchase tickets?

A: Tickets will only be available through the official ticket operators Ticketmaster. Full ticketing information is available on the official event website: https://www.euroskating2027.ch/, under the Schedule and Tickets section.

Access to the Arena:

Q: What time will the doors open for each session?

A: Doors open 45 minutes before the start of each session. Exception: Wednesday, 27.01.2026 EuroFigure2027 – Short Program – Women (evening session) : doors open 30 minutes before.

Q: If I have tickets for both sessions on the same day, can I remain in the arena between them?

A: No. All spectators, including those with tickets for the next session, must exit the arena after each session to allow for preparations.

Q: How can I access the arena ?

A: No parking is available at Vaudoise aréna during the event. We encourage spectators to use public transportation whenever possible. The arena is conveniently served several times per hour by trains stopping at Prilly-Malley railway station. Train schedules are available on the SBB website. The arena is also just a few minutes’ walk from the Prilly Malley stop on the M1 metro line. In addition, several bus stops operated by TL (Transports publics de la région lausannoise) are located around the venue. Q: Is any public transportation included with my ticket?

A: Yes your event ticket is also valid as a public transportation ticket within all Mobilis zones on the date indicated on your ticket. It is valid in 2nd class and can be used from 3 hours before until 3 hours after the competition sessions. For more information, please visit the Mobilis website: https://www.mobilis-vaud.ch/

Ticket Types and Pricing:

Q: What types of tickets will be available?

A: You can choose from All-Event Ticket (which include all events except the Exhibition), session tickets, or Exhibition tickets.

Q: How many price categories will there be and how much do tickets for the ISU European Figure Skating Championships 2027 cost?

A: There will be three categories of tickets, plus All-Event tickets. Individual session tickets range from CHF 24 to CHF 90, while Exhibition Gala tickets range from CHF 48 to CHF 90. The following discounts apply:

Children (0–5 years):

May attend the events free of charge, provided they sit on an adult’s lap.

Youths (6–15 years):

20% discount on the full price.

Adults (from 16 years):

Full price.

Seniors / people with disabilities / students:

20% discount on the full price.

Q: If I purchase an All-Event Ticket, will I receive just one ticket for the entire championship?

A: Yes. You will receive a single ticket that can be scanned for entry to each session included in your All-Event Ticket.

Q: When will the training sessions take place, and can I access them with my session ticket?

The training schedule will be published once it has been finalized. Access to training sessions is included exclusively with All-Event Ticket. Tickets purchased for individual competition sessions do not provide access to training sessions.

Q: Can I also buy tickets for the training sessions?

Training sessions in the main arena are included with All-Event tickets only. The sale of individual tickets for training sessions will be announced once the training schedule has been finalized.

Q: Are wheelchair-accessible tickets available?

A: Yes. Wheelchair-accessible tickets can be purchased directly through the standard ticketing platform, just like all other tickets. Dedicated wheelchair spaces are clearly indicated on the seating plan. When purchasing a wheelchair-accessible ticket, you may also choose to add one free companion ticket.

Q: How many tickets can I purchase in one transaction?

A: A maximum of 10 tickets may be purchased per person.

Q: Do I need to print my ticket, or can I show the e-ticket on my phone?

A: You do not need to print your ticket. Showing the e-ticket on your phone is sufficient for entry into the arena.

Q: Can I buy tickets from sources other than the official ticket operators?

A: No. It is strictly prohibited to purchase or resell tickets through any channels other than the official ticket operators.

Q: Do children need tickets?

A: No. Children under the age of 6 do not need a ticket, but they must be accompanied by an adult and sit on an adult’s lap.
