The website euroskating2027.ch is operated by the Association Championnats d'Europe de patinage artistique Lausanne 2027 (CEPA 2027 Lausanne), the local organising committee set up to deliver the event held at the Vaudoise Aréna, Lausanne, from 27 to 31 January 2027.

We process your data in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. Data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Website visitors: technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) via cookies.
- Ticket buyers: identity, contact details, payment information (processed by our secure provider and never stored by us).
- Volunteers: contact details, date of birth, ID document, availability, emergency contact and, where relevant, health information that is strictly necessary.
- Accredited media: professional contact details, ID document, photograph.
- Spectators at the event: images and video recordings captured in the public areas of the Vaudoise Aréna for communication and media coverage purposes. Signage will be displayed on site.
3. Why we process your data
We use your data to:
- manage ticketing, accreditations and volunteers (performance of a contract);
- ensure the safety and security of the event (legitimate interest, legal obligations);
- send you practical information about the event (performance of a contract);
- measure website traffic and improve our services (consent via the cookie banner);
- produce and distribute the event's official content (legitimate interest);
- comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
4. Who we share your data with
Your data may be shared with:
- the International Skating Union (ISU) and Swiss Ice Skating, in connection with the organisation of the event;
- Selected commercial partners (including the International Skating Union (ISU)) for the purposes of their direct marketing, where you have provided your consent.
- our service providers (ticketing, payment, hosting, email, accreditation, security), bound by contract;
- our institutional partners (Canton of Vaud, City of Lausanne, Lausanne Tourisme) where necessary;
- the Vaudoise Aréna for venue access management;
- accredited media for official coverage;
- the competent authorities where required by law.
Some service providers may be located outside Switzerland or the EU. In such cases, we ensure an adequate level of protection (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions).
5. How long we keep your data
We retain your data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, plus any retention periods required by law.
The main rules we apply are:
- Accounting and ticketing data: 10 years from the end of the relevant financial year (Art. 958f of the Swiss Code of Obligations);
- Data related to your participation in the event (volunteering, accreditation): for the duration of your engagement and until the applicable statutory limitation periods expire (generally 3 to 10 years depending on the type of relationship);
- Newsletter: until you withdraw your consent;
- Cookies: for the durations detailed in our Cookie Policy;
- Official event images and videos: for the period necessary to archive and exploit the heritage of the event.
Beyond these periods, your data is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights and the security of your data
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

7. Minors
